2. Orders

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message after placing your order.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes.
• We accept online payments via secure gateways (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, cards).
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
• We are not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Guidelines. Key points include:

• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Return pickups are only arranged for damaged or incorrect items.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Refunds are only applicable to prepaid orders. COD orders will receive a coupon.
• Sale items and gift hampers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order with prior notice and refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, images, designs, and logos is the property of Innovana Impex. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Sale Terms

• Sale offers are valid only on our official website.
• Products bought on sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Coupons may be used as per the offer’s terms and cannot be clubbed.
• Discounted items cannot receive further reductions.
