Return & Exchange Guidelines

• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• To initiate a return/exchange, please fill out the form available on our website.
• Clearly mention your Full Name and Order ID on the return package.
• We do not accept return/exchange queries via Instagram DM, Facebook messages, or any unauthorized email/phone number.

Important Notes

• Return pickup is arranged only in case of a damaged or incorrect product.
• Items bought during sales are non-refundable. You may exchange them or request a coupon of equal value.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds are applicable on product cost only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Once we receive the returned product, we will process your exchange or provide a coupon within 20 working days.
• Please allow 10 days from the return delivery date for refunds to reflect in your bank account.
• Refunds are only applicable to prepaid/online orders. COD orders will be issued a coupon valid for 30 days.
• Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift Hampers

Gift hampers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

If an item inside the hamper is damaged, we will replace the damaged item only, not the entire hamper.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
• Eligible cancellations will receive prompt refunds.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice, with timely communication to the customer.

Sale Terms & Conditions

• Sales are applicable only on our domestic website.
• Products bought on sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• No refunds on sale items.
• Coupon codes can be applied as per individual offer terms.
• Sale offers are valid on limited stock and cannot be clubbed with other discounts.
• Products already marked down are excluded from further discounts.
